Nekotina

Welcome to Nekotina. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nekotina Discord bot, the Nekotina dashboard, and the Nekotina website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Gwee & Kwee ("we", "us", "our").

By inviting Nekotina to a Discord server, using any of its commands, or accessing the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You may not use Nekotina if you are under the minimum age required to use Discord and its services in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age required by the laws of your country to form a binding contract, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We do not knowingly allow anyone under this minimum age to use the Service, and we may suspend or terminate any account we believe belongs to someone who does not meet this requirement.

2. The Service

Nekotina provides Discord server moderation and automation tools, economy and gamification features, social and anime-themed roleplay commands, AI-assisted chat and image/video generation features, music playback, and a web dashboard to configure these features. We may add, change, or withdraw features for technical, security, legal, or third-party reasons. If a change is material and we can give notice, we will.

3. Content and Conduct

3.1 Allowed Content

Nekotina does not allow NSFW (sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise adult) content anywhere in the Service. This applies to every feature without exception, including:

Server customization features (custom commands, tags, automated messages)
Anime-style reaction/roleplay commands (hugs, kisses, etc.)
Chat, custom chatbot, and roleplay "Character" features
Image, video, and audio generation commands

This policy applies regardless of whether a Discord channel is marked as age-restricted. Marking a channel as NSFW in Discord does not unlock NSFW behavior in Nekotina.

3.2 AI characters and roleplay are fictional

Any character, persona, or "AI companion" you interact with through Nekotina is a fictional construct generated by third-party AI models. It is not a real person, does not have genuine feelings, and nothing it says should be treated as factual, professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on AI-generated content.

3.3 Zero tolerance for sexual content involving minors

We have an absolute, zero-tolerance policy against any content that sexualizes minors, real or fictional, in any context, including role-play, image generation, or text "fiction" framing. This is true even where local law might otherwise permit fictional content of this kind. Any attempt to bypass this rule, including through prompt manipulation, will result in immediate and permanent suspension and may be reported to Discord and/or law enforcement.

3.4 Content moderation

We apply filters (keywords and automated classifiers) to what is sent to the Service — commands, messages, customization, and, where applicable, generated content — to enforce this policy. Some legitimate requests may be incorrectly blocked, and despite our best efforts, automated systems are not perfect. If you believe content was blocked or allowed in error, contact us at the email below.

3.5 Prohibited uses

In addition to the above, you agree not to use the Service to:

Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Harass, threaten, impersonate, or defame any person
Generate or distribute illegal content, malware, or spam
Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload our infrastructure
Circumvent rate limits, premium gating, or content moderation systems
Abuse the economy or other persistent features
Buy, sell, or transfer Nekobits, gift codes, coins, items, or Nekotina services for real money or other goods outside Nekotina (see section 5.8)
Use the bot for raids, mass spam, or to evade server moderation

Anyone who invites or configures Nekotina on a server is responsible for the modules they enable.

4. Features Powered by Third Parties

Some features (chat, image generation, video generation, text-to-speech, transcription) are provided by an AI inference provider. Only the content of that request is sent. Providers may change. We select providers that are not used to produce or knowingly host NSFW or otherwise prohibited content under these Terms, and we apply our own moderation layer regardless of the provider used.

Before your content reaches these providers, we remove direct Discord identifiers (such as your username, account ID, and originating server). Under normal conditions, the provider only receives the content needed to generate a response, without information that directly links it to your identity or Discord account.

5. Purchases, Premium, and the Shop

5.1 What we sell and how you pay

Nekotina offers three kinds of purchase. All of them are paid with real money through Stripe, an independent, PCI-DSS compliant payment processor:

Premium subscriptions: recurring access to extra features and rewards for your account or your server.
One-time purchases in the web Shop: Nekobits packs, Queen (server premium), and AI credits.
Gift codes: a Premium subscription or a Nekobits pack for someone else to redeem.

We do not collect or store your full card number, CVC, or other sensitive payment details; Stripe handles them entirely. The price, currency, and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm each payment. Nekotina is an independent service: Discord does not sell, endorse, or manage these purchases.

5.2 Premium subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can manage or cancel them at any time from the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your account on our website. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for; it does not refund that period (see the Refund Policy).

5.3 Nekobits and the Shop

Nekobits are a prepaid balance that can only be used inside Nekotina. You buy them in the web Shop, they are credited to the Discord account you paid with, and their only use is redeeming items from the Nekotina catalog through the /cashshop command. They work like the currency in a video game: they are not money, they earn no interest, and they cannot be withdrawn or converted into money, cryptocurrency, or any other goods outside the Service, whether through us or through third parties.

The reference price is 100 Nekobits = 1 USD, and every item shows its price in Nekobits next to the USD equivalent so you always know what a redemption costs. Packs may include bonus Nekobits. We may apply quantity limits per purchase, per user, or per day, and availability windows, to keep the economy stable and prevent abuse.

Queen and AI credits are delivered exactly as described on their product page: you receive that item or benefit, with no random component.

5.4 Boxes with additional rewards

Some catalog items are boxes. Every box has guaranteed contents, listed as included (100%), that you always receive. It may also contain additional rewards, each with a probability that we publish in the catalog and show you again before you confirm the redemption. There is never an empty box or a redemption that leaves you with nothing.

Everything that comes out of a box is a virtual item of the Nekotina economy. These items have no monetary value, cannot be sold for money, and cannot be taken out of the Service. We do not operate betting or games with prizes of real-world value: you pay a fixed, known price for known contents, with extras whose odds you know in advance.

5.5 Gifts

You can gift Premium or Nekobits to someone else by buying a gift code in the web Shop. The recipient redeems it on our website with their Discord account and receives the benefit directly there. Each code:

is single-use and expires on the date shown at purchase;
cannot be redeemed by the buyer: a gift always goes to another account;
does not convert into money and is non-refundable once issued, except as provided in the Refund Policy.

A gift code stays linked to the payment that created it. If the buyer disputes the payment or files a chargeback, we may void the code if it has not been redeemed yet, or freeze the delivered balance while we review the case.

5.6 Trades between users

The Nekotina economy includes social features to gift, share, and trade coins, items, and tiers with other users through the bot itself. You may also agree with another user to trade items for a Nekobits or Premium gift code. Every trade must meet these conditions:

It stays inside Nekotina. Both parties give and receive goods from our economy: coins, items, tiers, or gift codes. Nobody pays with real money, Nitro, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or any other external goods.
Nekobits balances do not transfer. There is no sending Nekobits between accounts; the only way to give someone Nekobits is a gift code bought in the Shop.
It is between individuals, at their own risk. We do not run a marketplace, set exchange rates, or take part in the agreement, and we cannot guarantee that the other person follows through. A code received from a third party remains subject to section 5.5.

5.7 Nature of virtual goods

Nekobits, coins, items, boxes, tiers, codes, and other goods of the Nekotina economy are licensed digital content, not your property. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable license to use them inside the Service under these Terms. They have no monetary value, do not exist outside Nekotina, and you cannot redeem them from us for money or demand their conversion into any other asset. They are non-refundable except as provided in the Refund Policy.

Nekobits do not expire while your account remains active and in compliance with these Terms. We may adjust the catalog, Nekobits prices, and the published odds of future boxes; those changes do not affect redemptions already completed.

5.8 Fraud prevention and prohibited uses

To protect users and the integrity of the Service:

You may not buy, sell, auction, or transfer Nekobits, gift codes, coins, items, benefits, or Nekotina services for real money, Nitro, or other goods outside the Nekotina economy, nor advertise or organize such deals.
The only authorized real-money purchase is the one you make with us in the Shop or for Premium, through Stripe. Servers may not profit from Nekotina or require coins, items, or real money to use the bot.
Nekobits, coins, or items may not be used as the entry fee, stake, or prize in raffles, giveaways, or games whose prize is real money, Nitro, or other goods outside the economy.
We may verify transactions, apply limits, hold or freeze balances, and void codes in response to payment disputes, chargebacks, exploits, or suspected fraud, and reverse goods obtained improperly, even if they have already moved to another account.
Violations may result in the loss of virtual goods and account suspension under section 6.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or chargebacks, or at our discretion to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free of bias. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

Nekotina is operated by individuals, without a registered corporate entity, serving users across many countries. To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by general principles of fair dealing and good faith, without designating a specific country's courts as exclusive venue, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
