Refund Policy

Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and disputed payments for Premium subscriptions and gifts.

This Refund Policy applies to all paid features of Nekotina ("Premium"), purchased through Stripe, including subscriptions and gifted subscriptions.

1. General Rule

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, partial use, or dissatisfaction with the operation, availability, or results of any Service feature. When you purchase Premium, you receive immediate access to the paid features for the billing period you paid for, and that access is the service you received.

2. Cancellation Is Not a Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your account on our website. Cancelling stops future renewals, but:

  • It does not refund the current billing period.
  • Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.

3. When We Do Issue a Refund

We will correct billing mistakes and issue refunds where required, including:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a billing or system error on our side.
  • Unauthorized charges, once verified.
  • Cases where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law in your country or region.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at [email protected] before opening a dispute with your bank or Stripe. We can usually resolve billing issues faster directly, and it helps us avoid unnecessary chargebacks.

4. Gifted Subscriptions

Gifted Premium subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. If a gift has not yet been redeemed by the recipient and you believe it was purchased in error, contact us as soon as possible.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

We understand that chargebacks exist to protect you, but we ask that you contact us first whenever possible. Initiating a dispute directly with your card issuer without contacting us may delay resolution and, in line with our security practices, may result in a temporary restriction on your account while the dispute is reviewed. This is not intended to discourage legitimate disputes. It simply reflects that disputed transactions are reviewed manually to protect both you and the integrity of the Service.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the email or Discord account used for the purchase and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
